Job Description
Develop and deliver training programs focused on makeup techniques and company processes.
Conduct workshops and assess employee performance to identify training needs.
Create and update training materials aligned with company goals.
Stay updated on makeup trends to enhance training content.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
Qualifications:
Familiar with Summer Technic Corp. and its products.
Expertise in makeup techniques and tools.
Proven training experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Available to work 5–6 days a week.
