JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree holder
*Has at least 5 years of working experience in Training and Development.
*Has working experience in BPO Industry.
*Has at least 3-5 years as Team Leader.
*Amenable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Analysis of training needs and performance patterns.
*Put into practice the training program, approach/methodology, content/learning materials, design/development (where required), and assessment processes.
*Creates, evaluates, and provides Operation Leads and/or Clients with training reports.
*Continues to gather and monitor pertinent training data.
*Helps with team-specific reporting tasks.
