Job Summary

This HR Supervisor roles ensures that HR policies, procedures, and programs are consistently and effectively administered across the organization. The role will manage Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compliance, Timekeeping and support to both management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection.

- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.

3. Performance Management:
- Ensure that performance evaluations are conducted in a timely and effective manner
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance issues and improvement plans.

4. Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of timekeeping

5. HR Systems and Reporting:
- Maintain and update HR information systems, ensuring accurate data management.

6. Administrative
- Ensures inventory and replenishment of supplies
- Liquidation and reimbursement
-Petty Cash handling
-Ensures proper upkeeping of the work premises
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
