Job Description

Company Profile: This company was founded in 1980 and offers a variety of hospitality services in
addition to transportation, logistics, and travel booking services. These services include
the ability to book tickets for flights and trains, cruises, vacation packages, business
trips, rent a car, and make travel insurance arrangements.

Position: Accounting Associate

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, (09:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
At least 5 years working experience in Accounting role.
Experience in Xero accounting software is an advantage.
Willing to start as soon as possible.
Amendable to work onsite.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial
transactions .
Reconciling account balances and bank statements and maintaining a general ledger
Preparing month-end close procedures , and ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Supervise the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Compliance and Auditing.
