Salary: Php 278,333 - Php 357,500 (Basic + Allowance)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Software Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will:
Partner with Business, Technical, and Strategic Product teams to manage project commitments within an agile framework, rapidly delivering value to customers through technology solutions.
Own and drive the applications’ technology stack, providing modern solutions to complex problems.
Lead the design and development of resilient, reliable, scalable, and self-healing solutions that exceed customer requirements.
Ensure comprehensive coverage of the application ecosystem with telemetry, continuously improving technical assets and monitoring for regressions.
Drive automation to eliminate “churn” and “waste” by automating menial tasks and improving team efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
7+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing engineering teams. Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
7+ years of expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools. A strong track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects on schedule and within budget.
Extensive hands-on experience in development and architecture design, with a strong background in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
