Job Description

Position Summary:
The Scheduler/Workforce Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing workforce scheduling to ensure operational efficiency and achieve business objectives. This role involves analyzing staffing needs, managing schedules, forecasting workloads, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations while ensuring employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and Scheduling:

Create, manage, and maintain employee schedules to meet operational demands.
Optimize resource allocation by analyzing historical data, seasonal trends, and workload forecasts.
Ensure schedules align with labor laws, company policies, and employee contracts.
Forecasting and Analysis:

Utilize workforce management tools to forecast call volumes, workload, and staffing requirements.
Analyze trends and adjust staffing plans to prevent overstaffing or understaffing.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve workforce efficiency.
Real-Time Monitoring:

Monitor real-time performance metrics, including attendance, adherence, and productivity.
Adjust schedules dynamically to accommodate unexpected changes or emergencies.
Collaborate with department managers to address gaps in coverage promptly.
Reporting and Documentation:

Generate and present workforce performance reports to leadership.
Document scheduling processes, policy adherence, and employee feedback.
Maintain accurate records of time-off requests, shift changes, and attendance.
Communication and Collaboration:

Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries from employees and managers.
Facilitate effective communication of schedules, policy updates, and changes to all stakeholders.
Work closely with HR and Operations teams to align workforce strategies with business goals.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Stay updated on workforce management best practices and tools.
Ensure that scheduling processes contribute to a positive employee experience.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:

Proven experience in workforce scheduling, workforce management, or a related role.
Proficiency with workforce management software/tools (e.g., Kronos, Workforce Central, NICE, etc.).
Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications (Preferred):

Workforce Management Certification (e.g., CWPP, CWPM).
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
