Job Title: Scrum Lead
Location: Cebu
Work Setup: Hybrid (1 day in-office every 2 weeks)
Shift Schedule: Mid Shift (2 PM - 11 PM, flexible)
Salary: Php 138,333 - Php 177,500 (Basic + Allowance)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Lead to join our dynamic teams. In this role, you will:
Lead 2 Agile Scrum teams, each comprising 6-7 Full Stack Software Engineers, along with other cross-functional partners.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide the team on Agile best practices.
Collaborate with the Product Team and Stakeholders to communicate a clear and compelling product vision.
Ensure that Agile principles and practices are followed, ensuring the team remains productive and on-track to meet their goals.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or leading Scrum teams.
3+ years of experience with agile scaling frameworks such as Scaled Agile, LSS, or Scrum of Scrums.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Project Management tools.
Experience working with cross-functional software engineering teams.
