Job Description
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling project concerns and needs, and maintaining accurate client records.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and recommendations according to customer needs.
Continuously build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly, and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.
Generate progress reports as required, forecast and track account metrics and KPI/KRA, and stay updated on industry knowledge and trends.
Actively participate in regular meetings with team members to review project progress and explore improvement opportunities.
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in Sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency with common customer success and relationship management software (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce)
Skills in using MS Office applications
Advantageous: A deep understanding of Out-of-Home and Digital Out-of-Home (OOH / DOOH) platforms
