Job Description

Accounting Related tasks

- Audit all processed sales orders
- Process sales orders to Business Central Dynamics
- Offset the payments with the invoices
- AR reconciliation process
- Other General Accounting related tasks

Admin Related Tasks

- Communicate with customers
- Communicate with the transportation team (onshore and offshore team)
- Inventory quantity monitoring
- Transport coordinator.
- Other admin-related tasks

Qualifications:
- at least 1 year General Accounting experience (preferably BPO or International)
- at least 1 year processing of orders experience (preferably BPO or International)
- at least 1 year experience Customer Sales Support - Voice experience (preferably BPO or International)
- excellent attention to details and proficient in data entry
- proven excellent English communication skills
- can work under minimal supervision
- with own device (Desktop or Laptop) for the job

Salary:: 25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
