Job Description
*Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer
*Preferably with at least with 1 year experience in supervising service calls
*Knowledgeable in Kitchen Equipment and Air-conditioning
*With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
JOB SUMMARY: Supervises daily activities of his section which is composed of service analysts and technicians engaged in the equipment repair, installation and maintenance, and general servicing of various equipment acquired from the company at minimum costs with predetermined standards, production schedules and commitments; participates in the formulation of new methods, procedures, time standards and project planning; ensures effective utilization and administration of manpower, equipment, materials and resources within his jurisdiction.
