Job Description

Job title: Quality Analyst - PHRN (licensed nurse)
Work set up: Onsite in MOA, Pasay
Work schedule: Shifitng
Salary: 35-37k package
Start date : ASAP

Qualifications :
• Team mentoring, engagement and coaching skills
• Clear writing and verbal communication
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to do multi-tasking
• Candidate should have a minimum of 12 months of work experience in a BPO environment preferably in an Insurance process/ account and 1 year mandatory bedside experience.
• Good communication skills
• Strong Excel, with knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite
• Active PHRN

Other notes :
• Must have 1 yr clinical bedside exp.
• 1 yr QA
