Job Description

-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
-Assist customers with product information pricing orders, and returns.
-Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
-Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
