Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Alabang. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers regarding modems, routers, and broadband services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in troubleshooting and assisting customers with their connectivity needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding modem, router, and broadband-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to internet connectivity, network performance, and equipment setup.
Guide customers through step-by-step instructions to resolve technical problems.
Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on open tickets or issues.
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the company’s support database.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism and technical expertise.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in broadband, routers, or modems.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with broadband technology, modems, routers, and internet troubleshooting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and providing high-quality service.
Education: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field is a plus but not required.
