Sales Manager- Php 70000- Php 120000/month

Job Description:
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the renewable energy sector. This role involves strategizing, planning, and implementing sales initiatives to build strong client relationships and grow the company's market share.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in renewable energy or power industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range:
PHP 70,000 - PHP 120,000 per month
