Location: General Santos City (onsite)
Job Type: Permanent, Contract (with possible extension depending on project)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

An IT Solutions Provider overseeing the Digital Transformation Project of an Academic Institution is currently looking for an onsite IT Technical Support who will be responsible for liaising with the Project Owner, Project Manager and Project Coordinator.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Act as the onsite point of contact for any issues and concerns related to the project
 Provide any technical assistance to the Project Owner
 Proactively identify and provide solutions to raised concerns and issues
 Actively communicate with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator regarding updates, progress and development of the project.

Qualifications/ skills required:
 Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or equivalent
 At least 1 year experience in providing Technical Support; Fresh Graduates or candidates who are looking for their internship experience will also be considered
 Must be willing to work onsite and on a contract-based employment
 Must have excellent English communication skills.
