Job Description

SVI is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute projects that drive digital transformation and operational excellence. The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of digitization initiatives, SVI's SaaS offerings, system integration projects, and/or network management solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and technical skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Team Management:

 Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of data encoders and document scanning clerk

 Assign tasks, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

 Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity.

Process Optimization:

 Develop and streamline Digitization processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

 Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

 Utilize automation tools and technologies to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual errors.

Quality Assurance:

 Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of encoded data.

 Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify and address errors or discrepancies.

 Implement corrective actions and provide ongoing training to maintain high-quality standards.

Project Coordination:

 Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.

 Plan and prioritize encoding tasks to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

 Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Technical Support:

 Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to data encoders as needed.

 Address technical issues related to encoding software, hardware, or data sources.

 Coordinate with IT and technical teams to resolve complex technical problems efficiently.

Documentation and Reporting:

 Maintain comprehensive documentation of encoding processes, procedures, and standards.

 Generate regular reports on productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics.
