Job Description
• Collaborate with insurance operations, underwriting, claims, and other business units to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvements, and propose solutions to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and requirements documentation for insurance systems and software.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities within insurance products, policies, claims, and underwriting processes.
• Work with IT and development teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and implemented within system design and development.
• Assist in testing and validation of new systems or system updates to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance for process improvement initiatives across the insurance business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies within the insurance domain.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis within the insurance industry (life, health, or property and casualty).
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, products, and operations.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in process mapping, data analysis, and system integration.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with an ability to think analytically and critically.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, Solvency II, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with insurance software systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

- ₱30,000.00 Monthly
