Job Summary
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you'll be responsible for end-to-end system implementation and support across the SAP HCM Suite, focusing on modules that cover Core HR functions, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Time Management, Compensation, and Analytics. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, driving requirements gathering sessions, conducting fit-gap analysis, configuring prototypes, and ensuring robust system integration and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Configuration
- Participate in all project phases: Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Post-go-live Support (Hypercare).
- Conduct requirements confirmation workshops and fit-gap analysis to assess the feasibility of client requirements.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements and overall configuration management.
- Perform data conversion activities, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Testing & Support
- Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with developers and onshore teams, ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer of business requirements.
- Provide post go-live support, managing issues, tracking resolution timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting
- Accurately document business processes, workflows, and configuration updates.
- Present solutions effectively through client demos, presentations, and documentation workshops.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and project alignment.
- Support proposal drafting and contribute to internal discussions and strategy meetings.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant IT/Operations experience, preferably in SAP HCM, IT HR, or PeopleSoft HCM.
- A minimum of 2-3 years as an HR business user, IT administrator, or similar HR-related role.
- Proven experience in SAP Success Factors implementation phases: Requirements Gathering, Fit-gap Analysis, Functional Design, UAT, Training, and Deployment.
