Job Description
Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm
Qualifications:
— SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll consultant with experience in Implementations.
— Having hands-on experience to work with the implementation team.
— 5+ end to end implementations experience.
— Experience of any other module of SFSF like Employee Central, compensation, Recruiting, onboarding is an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
— Lead, coordinate, and drive project delivery for SuccessFactors implementations or Digital HR advisory services.
— Serve as the go-to person for SAP SuccessFactors ECP projects.
— Conduct business needs analysis and identify key challenges.
— Take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors ECP project delivery to enhance client business functionality and overall performance.
— Provide SME guidance and support project teams by connecting them with relevant expertise within the SAP community or external stakeholders for issue resolution, risk mitigation, and solution development.
— Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment phases for a Digital HR team of 5-10 members with deep technical and functional expertise in SuccessFactors.
— Review and ensure quality assurance for milestone-based deliverables.
— Leverage strong client engagement skills for effective stakeholder management.
— Possess hands-on experience with Integration Center and CPI integrations.
— Collaborate with application management and legacy IT support teams.
— Experience with custom BTP applications, SAP alliances, and partner products like Workforce Solutions, DocuSign, and Centrical is an added advantage.
