Job Description

Position: Client Retention Specialist (Back-End) - URGENT
Location: Makati Office
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Salary Offer: ₱18,000/month (based on qualifications and experience)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
At least 1 year of administrative work experience (experience in HMO processes is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Professional demeanor with a pleasing personality.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive 4-wheel vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities
Client Communication
Address and resolve routine client concerns via phone and email.
Coordinate closely with the Front-End Team on client-related matters, such as meetings and contract renewals.

Document and Contract Management
Oversee the signing process for Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), ensuring all signatures are obtained in a timely manner.
Track and manage required documents in compliance with AMLA regulations, ensuring proper follow-up and reminders.

Administrative Support
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns effectively.
Handle reimbursement monitoring, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Regularly update Smartsheet entries to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Additional Tasks
Monitor the status of client accounts, ensuring alignment with retention goals.
Support cross-departmental collaboration to maintain high client satisfaction levels.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
