Inhouse Collection Staff

COMPANY PROFILE: This Company main Branch is in Japan and also have four partnership both in domestic and overseas, it is also established in June 1954. their company industry is focused on financial services such as bill collection and leases services.

Position: Inhouse Collection Officer
Company Industry: Finance Company
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
At least 1 year work experience in Collection.
Experience working in Banks/financing and collection industry.
Willing to work onsite.
Amendable to attend face-to-face interview when requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive proof of payment and forwards for validation.
Represents company bank accounts, payments history, penalty computation and offer payments program.
Ensure all accounts assigned for callouts are touched and should also follow the 6 calls attempts to every account in case no success in contact yet.
Perform other related functions as directed by the immediate supervisor.
