Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support via phone, chat, email, and self-service/web portals, addressing hardware, systems, sub-systems, applications, and infrastructure issues.
Handle questions ranging from installation to configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
Use basic diagnostic methods to identify issues, investigate causes, and suggest solutions for common failures.
Escalate complex problems to higher levels within the organization as needed.
Qualifications:
Completed at least 1 year of college or a degree in any field.
Minimum of 18 months of service desk experience.
Strong technical support background, including computer troubleshooting.
Skilled in ticket analysis and able to identify issue trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; flexible to work in shifting schedules.
Work Setup: Onsite
