Job Description

Respond to all client inquiries every day and provide helpful information and answer their questions

 Cold-calling of clients

 Sourcing of clients via different platforms

 Respond to client’s complaints

 Follow up on pending client inquiries

 Text/email past pending and declined clients for monthly promotions

 Update calendar for the schedules

 Prepare the audited and approved cost estimate to be sent to client and send it to head once closed

 Send the job order with complete details to the janitorial department

 Prepare weekly report of Tele-sales

 Provide Cost Estimate to client

 Quotations for repair materials

 Secure the customer feedback form

 Increase sales

 Increase no of repeat clients

 Increase no of clients in OTC

 Hit target quota every month
