Job Description
• Manage projects to ensure alignment to the business requirements, policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular meetings in different phases of the project from Initiation to Closeout.
• Identify, manage and track project risks throughout the project.
• Ensure complete documentation in every phase of the project.
• Engage involved parties to ensure smooth transition into each project phase i.e. from SIT to UAT, from UAT to Implementation.
• Communicate and track program defects and project issues to its resolution through close coordination with the end users and the development team
• Plan and execute implementation and post-implementation activities, i.e. Production Acceptance Testing, Project Reviews
• Ensures promotion of and compliance to the PM framework and usage of PM portal across the organization.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
• Experience in Program Management, Stakeholder Management and Risk
• Must have experience in large-scale project from Requirements to Implementation (normally team size minimum of 20FTE’s at a time or the cost of the project)
Qualifications:
• Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a college/university.
o With 5-7 years work-related experience in project management and development life cycle, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects; experience with estimating, scheduling, and tracking projects from beginning to completion; experience with one or more project development methodologies is a plus.
o At least 5 years in people management experience
o Experience in managing and implementing banking / credit card core systems.
o Ability to deal with all levels in the organization (executive / managerial / staff)
