Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Graduate of any bachelors degree course
*With 3 years of experience in Installation, Upgrade and Service Requests on all Voice and Data Services including repair of outages and other technical issues on Voice Services.
*Location: BGC Taguig
*Schedule: Dayshift
*Work Setup: Full onsite
*Can start ASAP

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
TELCO Voice and Data Services
• Receives approved FFE from Bank’s assignee, Branches and Business units requesting for Installation of TELCO Voice and Data Services such as:
o Direct Line
o ISDN Pri
o SIP Trunk
o MPLS-VPN Line
o Metro Ethernet Line o VSAT Link
o Wireless VPN Link
o DSL Internet Line
o Direct Internet Access Line
o Mobile Plan Subscription
• Coordinate with the requesting unit to verify the details of the request and endorse to Telecoms Admin Officer for validation and processing with various TELCO.
• Attends on ITSP Requests logged such as the following and endorse to Admin Officer for processing.
o Disconnection of Service
o Activation/Deactivation of Feature for Direct Line
o Change of Billing Address
o Mobile Plan Account Modification
o Replacement of Lost/Defective SIM Cards
• Once the request was completed, confirm the status with the requesting unit and proceed on closing the ITSP Request.
• Coordinate with Security Command for processing of Work Permit for TELCO’s Field Engineers.
• Updates the inventory of all Voice and Data Services subscribed with the TELCO’s.
• Archives all signed and approved TELCO documents such as Commercial Proposals, Acceptance Forms and Application Forms.

VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) and Local Lines
• Receives approved FFE from Bank’s assignee, Branches and Business units requesting for Installation of VOIP and Local line.
• Coordinate with the requesting unit to verify the details of the request and endorse to Telecoms Admin Officer for validation and processing with Technology Partner.
• Attends to all ITSP Requests logged for VOIP and Local Lines such as the following. Then coordinate with Technology Partner for processing.
o Change of Caller ID
o Call Forwarding
o Group Pick-up
o Call Hunt
o Audio Teleconferencing
• Coordinate with Security Command for processing of Work Permit for assigned TELCO Service Provider and Technology Partner (Vendor).
• Updates the record of assigned Access Passwords for GSM Gateways and delete passwords in case the assignee resigns.
• Updates the inventory of on-hand and deployed Alcatel Telephone Units.
• Updates the record of monthly completed/served requests for VoIP & Local lines.

Voice Services Repair
• Attends to ITSP Requests logged for repair of outages and other technical issues that arises on Voice Services such as:
o Direct Lines
o VOIP/Local lines
o ISDN Circuit o PABX
o Voice Logger
o Video Conferencing
• Coordinate with the requesting unit to verify the details of the request and report to TELCO Service Provider or Technology Partner to raise fault tickets. Then endorse to Telecoms Admin Officer for proper tracking of updates and escalation to TELCO or Technology Partner.
• Ensures that updates are provided to the requestor either via ITSP or e-mail.
• Coordinate with Security Command the processing of Work Permit of TELCO’s Field Engineers.
• Verifies the status of restored Voice Service prior to closure of ITSP Request.
