What the job entails:
• Manage and respond to emails and phone calls, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, and handle travel arrangements.
• Assist with the creation and management of marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Oversee the organization and updating of marketing content across various platforms.
• Conduct market research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
• Help manage marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Job Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
