Job Description

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities for the company’s importation and warehousing services. This role involves handling various administrative and creative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing
campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives. Help track and
measure campaign performance and provide recommendations for
improvement.
-Content Creation & Management: Write and edit marketing content such as
vlog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and product descriptions. Ensure
content is aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals.
-Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends,
competitor activities, and customer preferences in the importation and
warehousing industry. Assist in preparing reports on market insights and
performance metrics.
-Social Media & Online Presence: Manage and update the company’s social
media accounts, ensuring timely posts and interactions with followers. Monitor
social media performance and engagement, suggesting improvements as
needed.
-Event & Promotion Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating
promotional events, trade shows, or webinars relevant to the industry. Help
prepare promotional materials and ensure that event logistics are efficiently
managed.
-Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as
scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing
materials. Support the team in coordinating external communications with
clients, suppliers, or media outlets.
-Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
sales, operations, and design, to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
-Assist in preparing reports on marketing activities, campaign results, and
performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in logistics,
warehousing, or a related industry.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
-Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
(CMS) is a plus.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Creative mindset with a strong ability to contribute ideas for marketing
strategies.
-Willing to be assigned in A. Sandoval Ave., Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City
