Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team in the Education Management sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. The role calls for an individual who is not only meticulous in their work but also possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the clients and the team. Your contribution will be integral in ensuring that our financial processes run smoothly, thereby supporting our mission to deliver quality services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing payments and documents such as invoices,and employee reimbursements.
Handling of general accounting, payroll and tax preparation for various clients
Drafting and editing financial presentations.
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
Petty Cash Management
Process Government Remittances
Assist in preparing financial statements
Validation of official receipts
Handle bank engagement (opening, application of loan, etc.)
Review of liquidation
Handle communication between the organization and suppliers
Perform other office tasks that may be assigned by the superior
Track and review all the expenses of the company and analyzing the budget and actual data
File and encode of all issued receipts and other supporting documents needed in accounting.
Issue bills and OR (official Receipts) to customers, as needed
Assist on collecting payments from the customers, as needed
