Job Description
Oversee and manage the operational performance of franchised outlets to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
Implement and maintain operational systems and processes to streamline activities and improve efficiency across franchise units.
Provide training, coaching, and support to franchise owners and their teams to ensure alignment with operational standards, brand values, and customer experience expectations.
Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations, providing guidance on operational improvements and ensuring consistency in operations.
Analyze franchise performance and identify opportunities for growth, cost-saving, and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Develop and manage the franchisee performance review system, setting goals, tracking progress, and addressing performance issues.
Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Act as the liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, providing ongoing support and resolving any operational concerns or issues.
Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on franchise management or multi-unit retail operations.
Strong knowledge of franchise operations, including franchise agreements, training, compliance, and brand consistency.
Proven ability to manage multiple locations and oversee complex operations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in budget management, performance analysis, and staff training is a plus.
Willing to travel frequently to franchise locations.
