Job Description

• Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises.
• Conduct training sessions on various technical topics such as Java, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Design or customize training curricula that meet or align with specific organization goals and address the specific needs of learners.
• Update and improve training content regularly to incorporate new technologies and best practices.
• Develop assessments to measure learners understanding and proficiency.
• Generate detailed reports on training outcomes, participant progress, and areas for improvement.
• Use data storytelling techniques to present training results and insights to stakeholders.
