Additional Technical Expectation:
•Knowledge of main functionalities of the current system supported
•Do hands-on testing on both user and QA perspective - this would help to build and add details in our story criteria.

•Have experience in accessing User Interface/Database/Msg logs, etc

Responsibilities
•Work directly with Product Marketing Leads to understand the market landscape and customer centric needs of applicable products
•Develop optimal go-to-market launch strategies by market, including account segmentation, launch pricing, sales team responsibilities, service processes, incentives, and boarding needs

Duties and Responsibilities
•Partner with Product Marketing to ensure clear value propositions are identified and incorporated into training and market collateral ahead of releasee to market
•Use project management skills to partner with groups across the organization for the new product launch to ensure clarity on stakeholder responsibilities, requirements, timelines for deliverables, interdependencies, etc.
•Become the subject matter expert to support business process questions, sales presentations and messaging deliverables, and training content planning and delivery
•Conduct post launch reviews to gauge success and identify learnings that can be used to enhance future product releases and identify revenue growth opportunities
•Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, Product and Engineering to support our new product launch process
•Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements in a lucid manner, communicate effectively, lead JAD sessions with cross-functional teams, Possess strong analytical skills that help identify gaps and inconsistencies in requirements, Etc.
•Creating page layouts, field validation, WFR, permission sets, OWD, Etc.
Should be comfortable working in Agile projects
•Experience working with sprints, managing multiple task, and managing backlog items.
Salesforce Certifications or satisfactory experience a plus. Knowledge and experience in credit card processing industry/applications also a plus.
•Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application levels
•Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
•Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results
•Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
