Position: Vice President for Credit Operations

Work Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (Dayshift)
Salary: Php 150,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENT:
*Bachelors degree holder.
*With Individual Consumer and Financial Services Industry Experience
*With Management Level in a Credit Operation role for at least 5-10 years experience
*Amenable to work on site
*Amenable to attend face to face interview.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Create a framework or procedures for managing accounts risk.
*When making business decisions, appropriately evaluate risk, show care for the company's reputation, and protect its assets, clients, and customers.
*Maintains a high-quality credit evaluation process by offering guidance, support, and internal policies.
*Escalating, overseeing, and openly reporting group control difficulties.
*Serves as a subject matter expert for other team members and senior stakeholders.
*Possesses the capacity for autonomy and judgment independence.
*Carries out additional relevant tasks as instructed by the immediate superior
