Position: Curriculum Developer

Training Location: Taguig City
Work Location: Mandaluyong
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Salary: Php40,000-Php80,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)
Work Set Up: Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Holder of a bachelor's degree
*Possesses at least 1 year of professional experience in creating curricular modules.
*Capable of working a night shift.
*Has prior experience in the BPO sector.
*Can begin to work as soon as feasible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develops and manufactures educational materials.
*Uses project management, learning requirements analysis, assessment, and course development abilities effectively
* Independently develop introductory and advanced courses for all levels of leadership.
*Plans training sessions for employees to enhance their skills as necessary.
*Additional tasks as given.
