Qualifications
1. Must have at least 1-2 years of experience related to the role but fresh graduates with background in Marketing and administrative internships are welcome to apply.
2. Must have experience in customer service, marketing, and document management.
3. Preferably with background in Insurance Policies or Insurance Process.
4. Should be college graduate on fields related to Business, Management, or Computer Science.
5. With good communication skills and computer related.

Job Description
1. Generate the promo code
- PBH will be provided the promo codes for the Jan to Feb availers
- PBH will assign the promo codes to all Inforce customers.
2. Generate and Issue Renewal Notice/ Anniversary Statement
3. GHA Policy Payment
4. GHA Policy Renewal
- PBH is provided the list of the renewed customer to extract the codes to be released.
- PBH to re-check the codes of the renewed customer vs the master list prior release of the code notification.
- PBH to provide daily report of the codes released
5. Code Validation and Redemption
- PBH will validate received forms with customer details. Using the Code, PBH will check it with the initially provided lists, and ensure that customer details are correct
- PBH to validate the code used by customer vs the correct code in the masterlist.
- PBH to check the travel dates based on the given lead time
6. Manual Processing by PBH
PBH to process the list of issued promo codes with specific user information:
PBH will be provided with a calculator/tool to compute the Premium
PBH will batch it in the pipeline
PBH is encode in the Genweb
PBH will issue the policy
PBH to update the daily report on the released policy vs master list
PBH to include value or premium of the policy for Finance monitoring

7. Smart Traveller Policy Issuance
PBH to send the information to PMS for policy issuance OR PBH to issue the policy
PBH to copy Distribution when the policy is issued
PBH to address Distribution inquiries on the policy

8. Additional Processing by PBH
Weekly: PBH will generate a report on all issued Smart Traveller policies from renewing GHA customers
Monthly: PBH will consolidate the weekly report, and include any applicable adjustments
Report will be sent to Finance team for processing.
