Sales Associate - Pateros

TASQ is currently in search of a bank sales representative in Pateros. The initial interview will be conducted over the phone.

The hiring manager is particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in merchant acquisition within the banking and financial services sector.

The primary focus of this role will involve marketing payment solutions such as QR codes, E-wallets, and POS Terminals to clients.

Minimum qualifications include:

- 1-2 years of work experience
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Background in Relationship and Account Management
- Acquiring experience is advantageous
- Exposure to the banking/finance industry is essential
- Customer service experience in a client-facing role
- Existing or potential network is preferred
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork across various areas

Responsibilities entail:

- Addressing the needs and concerns of assigned merchants
- Supporting division activities, company promotions, and projects
- Identifying and evaluating potential merchants for affiliation within the designated area by building a portfolio
- Regularly visiting assigned merchants to promptly address their needs
- Reviewing actual billings against targets and preparing analysis reports for submission
- Recommending and executing disaffiliation of merchants based on various criteria

This is a full-time permanent position with a maximum monthly salary of Php30,000. Benefits include health insurance, promotion opportunities, paid training, and an 8-hour shift schedule. Additional compensations like a 13th-month salary, bonus pay, performance bonus, and quarterly bonus are provided. A Bachelor's degree is a requirement for this position.
