Job Qualification
With a Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course
With experience working with corporate level management
Demonstrated ability to handle many projects at the same time
Ability to be resourceful and find solutions to problems on their own
Experience managing a team of people
Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
With good Interpersonal, Problem-solving and decision making skills
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Social Media Management and other software
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid challenges
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop structured training materials covering appraisal processes, valuation techniques, and tools like a la mode, Valcre, and similar platforms.
Customize training sessions for new hires, client VA returnees, and cross-department trainees.
Ensure training aligns with state and federal guidelines, including USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice).
Research and integrate effective training tools and resources for hands-on learning.
Lead interactive workshops, webinars, one-on-one coaching, and virtual training sessions.
Utilize real-world scenarios and case studies to teach appraisal methods, report preparation, and professional client interactions.
Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, live tasks, and detailed feedback to track learning outcomes.
Support trainees by addressing challenges and guiding them in applying learning to live tasks.
Help trainees develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective client management.
Coordinate and facilitate tailored sessions with client VAs, focusing on areas needing improvement.
Assess sample reports, tasks, and real-time output to ensure quality and accuracy.
Use trainee and client feedback to continuously improve training materials and address knowledge gaps.
Work closely with client leads, trainers, and management to align training with department goals and objectives.
Ensure training materials, tools, and documentation are current, organized, and accessible.
Assist with training classes for Brokerage, Lead Generation, and Transaction Coordination as needed.
Train staff on industry-standard tools like a la mode, Valcre, and other appraisal-related software.
Teach trainees to analyze trends, comparable sales (comps), and valuation data effectively.
Educate staff on ethical practices and adherence to real estate appraisal regulations.
Train on accuracy and thoroughness to uphold the quality and credibility of appraisal reports.
Assist in nesting activities in the absence of the Training Lead, ensuring seamless transitions.
Help prepare candidates for client interviews, including mock interviews and soft skills training.
Actively participate in weekly Brokerage and Appraisal department meetings, providing progress updates, addressing challenges, and recommending process improvements.
Proactively track trainee performance and report on training progress to department leads.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
