Job Description

Job Qualifications
With Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any other related field.
With at least 6 months relevant work experience.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace; HRIS system will be a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Has strong and work ethics and can act with integrity and confidentiality.
With good customer service attitude, must be organized, system and team player.
Willing to work onsite and on a flexible schedule.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitates all stages of end-to-end recruitment process.
Screen resume/CVs and job application based on the qualifications set.
Conducts employment verification, monitoring requirements for hired applicants.
Conducts HR orientation and provides all necessary new hires kit and other necessary new documents during on boarding.
Encodes all necessary data of new hires accurately in HRIS or manpower tracker within the week from deployment date.
Consistently updates HR reports specifically recruitment.
Maintain database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Provides assistance and coordination for the overall maintenance of Prosper's office and condo unit in the region.
Provides assistance in the release and collection of company equipment and ensures the necessary documentation.
Facilitates the local company events and outreach programs.
Attend legal proceedings if needed.
Serves as point of contact for HR related concerns and queries.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
