Job Description
Education/Training:
- High school education or higher, or a diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Five to eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management and the ship’s command (if applicable).
Computer Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Profile:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Comfortable working with an international team.
- Conscious of product cost and quality.
- Good administrative skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Experienced in coaching and mentoring subordinates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php39,000.00 per month
