Job Description
2.1 Perform random spot check of materials on fast moving items. Ensure that actual stock on hand is tally with corresponding bin card.
2.2 Assist in the preparation of Inventory Analysis Report. Encode all information in the Inventory Report based on the result of the Physical count of materials.
2.3 Provide assistance to the Inventory Specialist in the investigation of records and balances not agreeing with inventory count. Trace corresponding documentation.
2.4 Maintain all files related to Inventory Report.
2.5 Perform other related warehouse functions such as issuance of materials and receipt of materials from suppliers.
2.6 Assist the Data Encoder in the input of all warehouse transactions into the computer.
2.8 Perform other related function as required.
2.0 EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
College graduate or equivalent related course
At least one (1) year related experience in Warehouse Operations.
Good communication and personal relation skills
Computer literate
