Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
Utilize AI tools to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to management to help improve customer service processes using AI insights.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and how they can be applied to enhance customer service.
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of AI tools and technologies.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with customer service software and AI tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
