Job Overview
We are on the look for a Customer Sales Representative to join one of our Clients engaged in the US Market providing Air duct cleaning and Garage door Maintenance Services.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for being the First point of Contact (FPOC) of the Client’s business in providing end-to-end Sales support. Your day-to-day activities will include, but will not be limited to:
Reach out to leads in the United States and provide comprehensive explanations of the services
Provide Advice, Recommend, and Upsell services to leads
Draft and send out free estimates
Schedule appointments and Coordinate services for customers
Work with CRM systems to manage leads and track customer interactions
Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships throughout the sales process
Requirements
Skills and Experience
Solid experience as Sales Representative of B2C Service providers for US Market
Plus/Advantage:
Familiarity in Air duct cleaning, Garage door maintenance or other related industries
Lead Generation
Fluency in English
Remote work experience with International team/s
Application or Software
CRM
Project Management (ex. Asana, Trello, etc.)
Microsoft Office/Google Suite
