Job Description
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the logistics, customs, BPO, or recruitment services sectors.
-Generate leads and engage in cold calls to identify and secure new business opportunities.
-Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms for prospecting and customer engagement.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a likeable and approachable demeanor.
-Drive deals from initial contact to signed agreements, effectively closing sales.
-Conduct sales reporting and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
-At least 5 years of proven sales experience in one of the following sectors: logistics, customs, BPO, or recruitment services.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to develop practical, down-to-earth sales strategies.
-Proficient in using LinkedIn for sales outreach.
-Strong track record in cold calling and converting leads into sales.
-Analytical skills to set up and execute sales reporting.
