Job Description

Company Name: DLP Enterprises
Position: Technical Support Specialist
Company Industry: Retail, Services
Work Location: Cebu City
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (9am-6pm)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Responsibilities:
✨ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and CCTV issues.
✨ Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their IT-related problems.
✨ Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and system monitoring to ensure optimal performance
✨ Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and CCTV
✨ Maintain records of issues and solutions to help with future troubleshooting
✨ Train users on how to use new hardware, software and CCTV, and provide ongoing support to help them become proficient with the technology

Qualifications:
✨ Male, not over 40 years old
✨ Education: Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Senior High School Graduates with ICT strand also accepted.
✨ Experience: At least 6 months of experience in computer hardware and CCTV is preferred. Fresh graduates are also accepted
✨ Technical Knowledge: Desktop, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, CCTV, Networking
✨ Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
