Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in IT? We’re seeking an entry-level IT Specialist to join our dynamic team! As an IT Specialist, you’ll provide essential support in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT infrastructure management, playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and applications
- Perform routine system maintenance and monitor network performance to optimize IT operations
- Ensure data security, perform regular backups, and help maintain cybersecurity measures
- Collaborate with the IT team to support technology improvements and special projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in technology, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology systems and processes
