Job Description

Position: Technical Support Associate
Company Industry: Retail, Services
Work Location: Cebu City
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (9am-5pm)
Salary: 12,000 per month + uncapped service incentives (starting at 1,500 per project)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Responsibilities:
✨ Provides technical support to customers with regards to their computer problems (desktop, laptop, accessories)
✨ Provides technical support to customers with regards to their CCTV problems (kits, DVR, cameras, accessories)
✨ Conduct site visit to potential customers and eventually convert to sales
✨ Provides on site installation, repair or troubleshooting of computers and CCTV
✨ Assist sales team in sales conversion thru technical inputs based on customer's needs

Qualifications:
✨ Male, not more than 40yrs old
✨ Senior High School with ICT strand, College Level or Graduate with courses related to IT or Computers
✨ Experience in repair, assemble and troubleshooting of desktop & laptop computers
✨ Experience in installation and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and other security systems
