Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical systems and services.
Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident management systems to detect and resolve issues quickly.
Develop and improve automation tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks.
Collaborate with development teams to design systems that are reliable, scalable, and easy to troubleshoot.
Conduct root cause analysis of production incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Required Skills:

Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Certification in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.

This position will be working with software solutions for the banking industry.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
