Position/Job Title: MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Work Location: MAKATI

Marketing Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
• To promote the name of the Company, its track record of giving quality service to its clientele.
• To strengthen the market’s awareness of the Company’s name in the Out of Home Advertising industry.
• To explore new markets to promote Out-of-Home Advertising as a marketing tool for promoting products and services.
• To call prospective clients and prepare sales presentations of available sites to provide options to maximize visibility of customer products and services.
• To provide and maintain excellent customer service to clients and take care of their needs and Out-of-Home Advertising requirements.
• To be able to maintain at least three (3) active accounts every month. Being able to serve the client’s billboard requirements.
• To acquire new viable locations to be able to put up new billboard sites for the company at reasonable cost. To help the company grow its assets of billboard sites offered to its clients.
• To be resourceful in providing additional businesses for current clients for added service value.
• Being able to look for other alternatives to help the client in promoting their products and services.
• To prepare and provide timely and accurate reports. To be able to monitor one’s progress and achievements for the company.
• To perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management, Marketing and Business Development Manager, as well as those indicated on all Company Manuals as may be related to your job description and function.

Qualifications:
• Graduate from the top universities namely UP, La Salle, Ateneo, UST, St. Scholastica’s College and Assumption with either AB Communication or Marketing Management course.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Street smart.
• Will be exposed to all the departments in the company as part of her training in becoming an executive someday.
• Industry is across between real estate, outdoor advertising and wine industries.
• Must be articulate, should have convincing power, good salesmanship and PR.
