Job Description

Senior Accountant (CPA)
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reviewing key financial processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and delivering accurate financial reports. A deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, intercompany transactions, and month-end procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and verify invoices for accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with BIR and company policies. Address and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
Prepare and consolidate cash flow forecasts, including tax-related components (VAT, EWT, ITR) and other financial obligations. Provide accurate cash flow insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
Generate and analyze P&L reports segmented by technology and profit centers.Ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights to management.
Reconcile intercompany accounts, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Execute assigned journal entries, month-end tasks, and reconciliations.
Prepare and submit assigned month-end reports in a timely manner.
Handle tax-related processes, including VAT, income tax returns (ITR), EWT and other compliance requirements.
Perform reconciliations for selected balance sheet accounts. Manage and maintain schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting and company standards.
Supervise the Accounting Assistant to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and adherence to standards.
Execute other tasks and projects as assigned by management, ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Proven experience in general accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial systems.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Netsuite and Google Sheet is an advantage
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to work in Quezon City
Amenable to work in Hybrid Set-up
