Responsibilities

Graphic designer who can curate visual storytelling that engages and inspires the audience. A skilled professional who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations for web, social media and prints while collaborating with our internal team of designers, multimedia artists, copywriters, and developers.

Responsibilities:

Create, design and overall layout for social media, banners, brochures, website and other marketing collaterals.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Create infographics that make complex ideas more accessible.
Work with other creative team members to produce content.
Take photos during company events/activities and use materials for marketing requirements.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and guidelines.
Pitching creative concepts.
Develop illustrations and other designs using software.
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
Work with copywriters and other creatives to produce final design.
Test graphics across various media.
Amend designs after feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Art / Design / Multimedia or equivalent.
Must submit a Portfolio in graphic design and photography.
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Photography experience is a must
Experience in HTML, CSS, WordPress is a plus
Experience in motion graphics is a plus
Attention to detail
Being well-versed in social media and digital trends is an advantage
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Strong visual and creative sense
Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Good organization and time-management skills, and has a proven history of taking initiative
Work collaboratively with a team while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
Open and receptive to design critique but also able to defend one's creative decisions
Must be passionate about his/her craft and have high standards for output
