Job Description
What You'll Do
You'll be the expert who helps businesses upgrade their connectivity. Your day will involve:
- Connecting with business owners to understand their internet and networking needs
- Explaining how AT&T's business internet solutions can improve their operations
- Recommending the right speed tiers and service packages based on business requirements
- Helping clients understand the benefits of fiber internet versus traditional connections
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through service activation
- Identifying opportunities for bundled services and network solutions
- Building long-term relationships with clients to support their growing connectivity needs
What Makes You Great
- You're a natural communicator who listens as well as you speak. You have:
- Previous outbound sales experience with AT&T
- A knack for explaining technical benefits in simple, compelling terms
- The ability to understand business operations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience with CRM systems and basic business tools
- A track record of building relationships through cold calling and follow-ups
- The instinct to know when to push forward and when to step back
- A creative approach to problem-solving that puts the client first
